Mooresville is a part of the Charlotte Metro area, and the largest town in Iredell County. It’s home to beautiful lake recreational areas and some picturesque historic districts. It’s got a pretty good baseball team, too.

NC Auto Racing Hall Of Fame
Not only that, Mooresville is also home to the NC Auto Racing Hall of Fame. It’s dedicated to every form of auto racing, including stock car racing, Formula 1 racing, and drag racing. It has dozens of cars that were involved in some of racing’s greatest, most historic moments. This museum is a non-profit organization. JR Motorsports is a professional stock car racing team co-owned by NASCAR legend Dale Earnhardt Jr. This facility serves as the hub of Earnhardt’s racing business. Tours are regularly scheduled, giving interested viewers a chance to see behind the scenes at one of the sport’s most famous teams. A gift shop is available as well.
Kyle Busch Motor Sports
You can get more insights into the stock car racing world at the Kyle Busch Motorsports facility. This team is owned by NASCAR champion Kyle Busch, and it holds records for both season wins and career wins.
